At the Final Walkthrough, you receive the job’s paperwork in hand: your warranty terms in writing, the product and manufacturer documents for what went into your home, and the walkthrough record. It is yours to keep — the promise, on paper, not just in a conversation.

The 11-Month Check-In

Before the workmanship year expires, we contact you and walk the job again. We check in before anything becomes a problem — that is the point of a warranty that means something.
