How Your Remodel Runs
A remodel goes well when the homeowner knows what happens next. That is what this page is for — the six phases of a Finest job, the payment schedule, and the promises we make in writing.
1. The Finest First Look
We come to your home, measure, and listen. You show us what is not working, and we give you an honest, no-obligation estimate. It starts in your home, in your light — not in a showroom.
2. Design
Layout, materials, and finishes are chosen with you, the guided way. Door samples come to your house, tile is matched at Floor & Decor, and real Galaxy Stone samples decide the counter. See how choosing works.
3. Written Quote
Before anything starts, you get a written, itemized quote. The numbers are in writing, and the work does not start until you have them.
4. Build
One company, one crew, the owner on the job. Your home is protected and kept clean while we build. You get a written schedule before we start — and we keep it.
5. Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished work together — drawer by drawer, seam by seam. It is not done until it is right. At the walkthrough you receive your completion packet: your warranty terms in writing and the job’s paperwork.
6. 11-Month Check-In
Before the workmanship year expires, we contact you and walk the job again. We check in before anything becomes a problem — that is the point of a warranty that means something.
